Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Magpie Security, Inc.'s ("Magpie", "we", "us") website and VPN service (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Beta service

Magpie is currently offered as a free public beta. Features, plans, and pricing may change as the Service develops, and we may introduce paid plans in the future. We'll do our best to give reasonable notice of any changes that affect existing accounts.

Your account

You're responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that happens under it. You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it up to date.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Infringe on the intellectual property or privacy rights of others
• Distribute malware, spam, or engage in any activity that disrupts or harms our infrastructure or other users
• Attempt to circumvent plan limits or resell access to the Service

Plans and device limits

Each plan includes a fixed number of devices and a monthly data allowance, described on our pricing page. We may enforce these limits technically and may suspend or restrict access for accounts that exceed them or attempt to circumvent them.

Service availability

We aim to keep the Service available and reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend the Service for maintenance, upgrades, or reasons beyond our control.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe pose a risk to the Service or other users.

Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Magpie is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
