This Privacy Policy explains what information Magpie Security, Inc. ("Magpie", "we", "us") collects when you use our website and VPN service, and how we use it. By using Magpie, you agree to the practices described here.

Information we collect

We collect the minimum information needed to run the service:

• Account information — your email address and authentication details, handled by our authentication provider, Clerk.
• Billing and plan information— which plan you're on, device limits, and monthly data allowance.
• Device and connection metadata— device names you give us, connection timestamps, and aggregate data usage against your plan's monthly allowance.

We do not inspect or log the content of your VPN traffic. WireGuard tunnels your traffic end-to-end; we track account and device activity so you can manage access to your own account — nothing more.

How we use information

We use the information above to provide and maintain the service, enforce plan limits, provide customer support, and communicate important account or service updates to you.

Third-party services

We use Clerk for authentication and identity management. Clerk processes your email address and login credentials under its own privacy policy. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Data retention

We retain account and usage data for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us at support@magpiesim.com.

Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.

Children's privacy

Magpie is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
